Saginaw construction company
R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. has added two new staffers to its team.
In the position of assistant project manager, the company welcomes Ann Marie Batkoski, a Saginaw native who attended Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University before racking up more than 13 years of experience in the construction industry, working for local companies including J.R. Heineman and Sons and Spence Brothers.
She also is active in the community with the Saginaw Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, the Saginaw Chamber of Commerce, and the Saginaw YMCA.
As the new business development manager, Daniel J. LaPan comes on board with R.C. Hendrick & Son. LaPan is a Pinconning native who attended Ferris State College, Delta College and University of Michigan. He's a licensed architect in Michigan and Colorado, though locals may know him better from his 21 years with the Saginaw School District, where he most recently was the executive director for facility services.
In the community, LaPan is on the board of directors of the Saginaw Valley chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and chairs the Saginaw Transit Area Regional Services board.
