Mid-Michigan engineering company
Wineman Technology is celebrating its 20th year in business this year, quite an accomplishment for any business.
CEO Jim Wineman says the key to the company's success has been problem-solving for its customers.
"In the last 20 years, this company has grown from just myself, to myself and more than 40 additional employees who are all contributing to solving some of today's toughest challenges in the automotive, aerospace, and energy industries," says Wineman. "We're proud to be an award-winning company that creates jobs for employees, income for Michigan, and custom, turnkey solutions that are flexible, open, and cost-effective for our customers."
Wineman Technology was founded in Saginaw in 1991 by Wineman, and since then has built its business on diverse offerings like building test equipment, implementing hardware and software tools, and innovating new engineering methods for research, development, testing labs and manufacturing applications.
The company also specializes in creating a culture of innovation among its employees and engineers, which Wineman sees as essential to the company's forward progress, along with employee development and training local students.
