Developments just keep coming in Bay City, but not everyone thinks they'll help move the city forward.

Mill End Lofts along Water Street in downtown Bay City is under construction; the Uptown Bay City development recently announced Ann Arbor-based Real Seafood Co. has joined its tenant mix; Monitor Township may be getting a new $4 million Hampton Inn & Suites; and an $8.6 million residential development has been proposed for Bay City’s West Side.
