Fremont is located in western Michigan just south of the major destination cities like Grand Rapids and Holland, but don’t discount Fremont as just another small town – this city hosts multiple different annual events that draw in thousands of people, and is a bustling hive of independent entrepreneurial activity and is hugely supportive of the arts. Their best-known event is the National Baby Food Festival, which is just as ridiculous as it sounds.
