Perrigo hires brand marketing manager, legal counsel

Adriane Siefert has been hired as Senior Legal Counsel for the legal department of Perrigo Co. in Allegan.

She will provide legal counsel on commercial matters and general business issues. She will draft and negotiate commercial contracts for Perrigo's global strategic procurement.

Siefert previously worked as legal counsel for American Global pharmaceutical company and previously served as the general counsel and compliance officer for an informatics and health care research organization.

Siefert earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior management with a business legal studies minor from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She graduated cum laude, with honors in health law, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Rosalyn Risdon has been hired as Senior Associate Store Brand Marketing Manager for Perrigo Co. Risdon will work in Allegan and be responsible for strategic leadership and marketing management in the gastrointestinal and women’s health categories.

Risdon has 15 years of related experience, including the last nine years with a consumables retailing private label company, managing store brands for multiple retailers in the U.S.

She previously worked as a category development manager for a local, family owned cookie company. She started her career as a marketing coordinator with a Michigan-based dairy products manufacturer.

Risdon earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in management with a focus on marketing, both from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI. Rosalyn is from Caledonia and currently resides in Byron Center.
