New officer joins Stephenson National Bank with 15 years experience

The Stephenson National Bank & Trust announced the arrival of a new assistant vice president and trust officer at their Marinette branch.

David Denby has joined the bank, and will be in charge of providing investment management, estate planning, trust and IRA services.

"Adding Dave to our growing team of financial experts is right in line with our growth strategy," says Greg Salmen, senior vice president and trust manager.

"Our existing team has worked incredibly hard in recent years to complete additional schooling, licensing, and earn advanced professional designations. Dave comes to us with an MBA, over 15 years of trust and investment experience, and the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation," Salmen says.

Denby is the fifth bank employee with the elite designation, which is garnered by experience and education requirements as well as success on a rigorous examination on trust and financial advising.

He is originally from Chicago but most recently served as a trust officer for Community Trust & Investment Co. in Pikeville, Ky. His education includes an MBA from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree from Washington & Lee University.

Denby now lives in Marinette with his wife Kathy and one son; they also have two grown children.
