The annual Bayview Port Huron to Mackinac yacht race didn't disappoint fans this year with some exciting times and top-name competitors.
This year, according to unofficial reports, it looks as though the Natalie J, owned by a Michigan resident, is the winner.
Excerpt: The boat, owned by Phil O'Niel of Bloomfield Hills, won the IRC A Class -- essentially the big boats division -- and sailed a fine race.
Natalie J arrived on Mackinac Island at 11:16 p.m. Sunday, and had an elapsed time of 33 hours 26 minutes 59 seconds.
