Iverson Snowshoes are, quite simply, the best you can buy. Why? Well, they're made right here in the Upper Peninsula and they are the last company that makes them out of wood. These things last forever. Thankfully, people are taking note.
Excerpt: Sales have doubled since last year and now, Iverson is giving back. They've designed a $200 "Think Pink" snowshoe in honor of breast cancer. Ten percent of the proceeds will go to the Eric R. Beverly Foundation for Cancer Research.
"It wasn't even a thought process; I saw the pink snowshoes and said let's do something for cancer because we all deal with it," said Tom Dolavskie of the Alger Chamber of Commerce.
