Michigan Soo officers helped protect Obama in Marquette

It wasn't just the Michigan State Police and local law enforcement getting to intermingle with the Secret Service last week when President Barack Obama came to town. U.S. Customs Border Protection was brought in to the area from Sault Ste. Marie to help with Air Force One's fueling, among other security.

Excerpt: Customs and Border Protection officers from the port of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan participated in a presidential security detail in Marquette, Michigan on February 10, 2011.

The detail was coordinated with the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) and the U.S. Air Force's Presidential Advance Team and included on-site security of Air Force One and its fuel.
