Teachers are invited to Educators Summits at the Historical Museum of Bay County

The Historical Museum of Bay County will host two new events for area educators in 2024 with the introduction of two Educators Summits.

In an effort to create awareness of the museum and its programming for educators in the region, the museum will be hosting summits on both Jan. 25 and April 15 from 3 to 5 p.m.

Another goal of these summits is to generate ideas for new programs, activities, and collaborations between the museum, schools, after-school programs, and other area institutions.

The event is free to attend and open to any educator at all age levels: K-12, special needs, college/university, private school, after-school, homeschool, community centers, etc.

The Historical Museum of Bay County is located at 321 Washington Ave. in Bay City. Contact or questions may be directed to Sam Fitzpatrick, Education Coordinator: samf@bchsmuseum.org or (989) 893-5733.
