Air Show to bring back the Blue Angels

The Yankee Airforce is bringing an All-American act back to its annual air show.

After a one-year absence from the Thunder over Michigan Air Show at the Willow Run Airport, the Yankee Air Museum is proud to announce that the U.S. Navy Blue Angels will be back for this event in July.

 Kevin Walsh, director of the show, announced that the show would be July 18 and 19. He made the announcement at a press conference at Willow Run Airport on Tuesday morning.

"It costs about a half a million dollars to put the show on here," Walsh said. "And $400,000 of that is spent right here.
