Add another big name to Ann Arbor-based ForeSee Results impressive client list. The Web site information firm is continuing its work with Zillow.com to improve its customer satisfaction.
A number of new and old economy businesses (such as Eaton, Kohler, Citibank and Ameriprise) already use ForeSee Results to improve their customer satisfaction numbers. Happy customers with yet more happy customers explain why ForeSee plans to expand it workforce by 45 people this year to a total of 150.
Real estate finder Zillow.com has taken off within the last year by publishing user-friendly information on homes, buildings and property as well as estimating their value. The system has spawned large numbers of people who check to see if their home value has gone up or down with the consistency of a day trader.
"Zillow's focus on customer satisfaction allows them to stay one step ahead of their competitors," says Larry Freed, CEO of ForeSee Results. "Internet pure plays like Zillow are at the leading edge of optimizing their websites for maximum customer satisfaction and return on investment."
ForeSee Results captures "voice of customer" feedback and uses it to measure online customer satisfaction. It does this with the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index to find out the satisfaction of website visitors and pinpoint opportunities to improve the site.
Since its founding in 2001, ForeSee Results has completed 28 million customer surveys for online marketing and e-commerce initiatives, including more than 1 million in December alone. Those surveys cover 550 active measures across dozens of industries.
