Featured speakers include: local artist Sunshine Durant, Fishnet Artist Studios owner Howard Pankerten; Mike Kirk, AIA, LEED APPrincipal Neumann/Smith Architecture, and, Lynette and Daniel Downey, owners of Downey Brewing Company.
The topic? How property owners can rehabilitate their buildings; and, how easing the burden of a full-renovation project can be useful to creatives (with a focus on East/West Dearborn).
