My Account Executive Position includes: Spend majority of the time engaging in IT staffing sales to establish and develop new client relationships primarily with Tier 1 vendors; Making cold calls, connect with hiring managers and build corporate relationships; Ability to communicate effectively with Recruiting team; Maintain a pipeline of prospects sufficient to achieve assigned targets or exceed targets; Establish relationships at appropriate client levels to identify strategic / technology IT staffing needs; Participate in negotiations of contracts per company policies; Obtaining Job Orders/Job requirements from direct clients and Prime Vendors; Forwarding the job requirements to the Recruiting team to identity resources
