My primary role focuses around implementing Retail Real Estate Strategies around the Country and the World for emerging and existing retailers. I work closely with the client to identify and refine areas of opportunity based off of a client's needs, goals and restrictions for new or relocated potential retail store locations. I actively and aggressively pursue all real estate opportunities for retailers, while negotiating the most logical and beneficial terms for the client in many cases in conjunction with managing a client's retail real estate portfolio.
