We're always a fan of hearing about old buildings that are being renovated and turned into useable properties, and we're even a bigger fan of hearing those projects are near completion. The Old Town District in Saginaw has some new, luxury condos that are being showcased now that work has been finished on them.
Excerpt: About a year after the process began, a developer renovating a block of historic buildings in Saginaw's Old Town District has completed work on the first of what will likely be more than a dozen luxury condominiums.
The developer, Hall Commercial Properties, opened the doors to the public on Monday, Nov. 3, to show off the first condo, located above the Jake's Old City Grill restaurant.
