"For us, this PlacePlans work is really the first domino toward a larger downtown revitalization plan," said Brad Kaye, director of planning and community development for the City of Midland.
The report was created through a collaboration between local partners, the MML and Michigan State University. The MML published Midland's finished "Place Plan" on the league's website
