Bay City gets $75,000 grant for urban planning; community ideas needed

Planning the future of our cities is the way we improve them, and planners in Bay City are taking suggestions, thanks to an urban planning grant.

Excerpt: Bay City will receive more than $75,000 in urban planning assistance to chart its future, and residents are invited to offer their input.

The Michigan Association of Planning chose the city to receive a service grant valued between $75,000 and $100,000, funded by the C.S. Mott Foundation and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
