Mid Michigan schools ranked high

It's always good to know your kids are going to a good school, and that's the latest news for several schools in the area, in this year's U.S. News & World Report high school rankings. Click through to see who ranked where.

Excerpt: Five schools in Saginaw, Midland and Tuscola counties ranked in among the top 55 high schools in the state.

The U.S. News and World report released a ranking of nearly 22,000 public high schools across the nation, looking at math and reading proficiency, college readiness and teacher-student ratio.
