But the Kalamazoo Gazette reports the National Association for Business Resources offers an annual guide, the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For that can help job seekers with those decisions.
Excerpt:
The listings acknowledge companies for using best practices in human resources and practicing innovative strategies in their relationships with workers. Companies can nominate themselves, but entries are evaluated by an independent research firm and assessed on such things as communications, compensation, benefits, diversity, recognition of workers and work-life balance of workers.
