U-M spinoff Tissue Regeneration Systems receives $2 million in venture capital

Venture capital strikes again in Ann Arbor. This time Tissue Regeneration Systems is the recepient, getting a $2 million infusion from Venture Investors.

Money might make the world go round but a new infusion of it is definitely driving Tissue Regeneration Systems.

Madison, Wisconsin-based Venture Investors is investing $2 million into the spin-off from the universities of Michigan and Wisconsin. The money will help further its research into bio-active medical devices and add another employee or two to the seven people who already work for the Ann Arbor-based firm.
