Ann Arbor's
CFI Group is growing quickly. In the last year, the company increased its workforce by 20 percent, hiring 20 people in Ann Arbor alone, says newly-appointed CEO Sheri Teodoru, and is hiring five more.
"We're Ann Arbor's best kept secret," Teodoru says.
CFI, founded in 1988, has more than 150 employees in 12 offices.
"CFI Group developed the technology that drives the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index)," Teodoru wrote in an e-mail. "We apply this technology to firms throughout the US and world. In 2001, CFI Group combined forces with Compuware to found ForeSee Results, a web satisafaction measurement company based on ACSI technology."
In 2007, Teodorus says, CFI launched CallSat, an ACSI-based satisfaction measurement and analytic tool for contact centers.
"With real time measurement and reporting, this tool will help businesses better service their most important asset - their customers," she says.
CFI's hiring, Teodoru writes, is in direct support of the company's growth strategies.
The positions CFI is adding are across the board, from consultants to marketers to data analysts, Teodoru says, but all are professional, knowledge-based positions.
"We're very excited," she says, "and we're always looking for great talent."
