Troy-based NuSoft to hire 60 in '08

Driven by increased market demands, Troy-based NuSoft Solutions, Inc. execs see another year of continued growth. The company hired about 50 people in 2007, says Bob Kreha, president of business development, and plans to hire about 60 in ’08.

About 70 percent of both hiring rounds are Michigan-based, he adds, with most of the rest in Ohio. “We could probably hire more people if there were more technically talented people around,” Kreha says.

The positions NuSoft will fill range from salespeople to software developers.

NuSoft’s growth is driven by a number of factors, he says, like continued demand for MicroSoft-certified providers and the changing role of the Internet in business.

“There’s a demand for more corporations to become connected to the Internet in meaningful ways,” Kreha says. “The first generation was posting information. The next generation is more about interacting with your constituency and how to define what that means – whether it’s selling products online or having a more meaningful dialogue with your customers.”
