Strategic Staffing Solutions grows internationally from its Detroit HQ

Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) of Detroit was recently lauded by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, having increased its revenue 102% in the three-year period from 2003 to 2006. In fact, the company has posted measurable growth every year since its 1990 founding, including 34% between 2005 and 2006 alone.

S3 specializes in IT consulting and staff augmentations and also provides vendor management and executive search services. "We have developed expertise in areas that are not only marketable in Metro Detroit, but across the nation and overseas," said Cynthia J. Pasky, founder, president and CEO in a statement.

The company operates 21 locations in 20 cities, including New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Vilnius, Lithuania and London, England. Clients include financial institutions, energy companies, telecommunications, government agencies, and retail and health care entities.

With more than 1,500 S3 employees spread out across the globe -- 200 locally -- Pasky remains committed to Detroit. She serves on the boards of the Detroit Regional Chamber and Detroit Renaissance.

S3 will host its Fourteenth Annual Motor City Shakedown 8k on Belle Isle on September 22 to benefit My Sister's Place.
