Dearborn names co-directors for Arts Council

Cari Hamillton and Stella Greene have been appointed as co-directors of the Dearborn Community Arts Council, an umbrella organization for more than 50 local arts groups.

Although this is the first time two people have held the executive director position, Teresa Lousias, president of the DCAC, said, "We found that the talents of both individuals will yield the best result for the Dearborn Community Arts Council. Their strengths compliment the needs of the DCAC."

"With the challenging economy and present moratorium placed by the State of Michigan on arts communities, I really feel that this partnership will totally help the City of Dearborn to continue to go forward," said Lousias.
