This Friday and Saturday mark the 158th Highland Games sponsored by St.
Andrew's Society of Detroit. There is a Ceilidh (pronounced KAY-lee)
Friday night with music and dancing and tons of stuff on Saturday like
bagpipes, genealogy, heavy athletic competitions, a parade, food and
drinks and more.
These are the longest-running Highland Games in North America and they take place at historic Greenmead Village in Livonia.
