Troy-based McGraw Wentworth ranked top brokerage to work for by Business Insurance mag

For the second year in a row,  Business Insurance magazine ranked Troy's McGraw Wentworth one of the top three best firms for working in the insurance industry. McGraw Wentworth, an employee group benefits firm, was the only Michigan-based firm named to the list in the Small Agent/Broker category (25-249 employees).

The 2010 Best Places To Work In Insurance rankings are unique in that an employee satisfaction evaluation accounts for 75% of each company's score, along with a thorough analysis of workplace benefits, policies and practices. The research was conducted by Best Companies Group, a research firm that deals with workplace excellence.
