It's a new year. It's time to improve on the last one. Change a few
things, rework this or that, tweak a few items in the business plan.
Or, maybe you don't even have one... and want one. Regardless, if
you're unsure about how to go about doing any of these things, there

The beginning of a new year usually brings with it the feeling of a
fresh start. Build on the things that went right last year and make
some changes to address the things that didn't go so well. Most
university business schools would have you refer back to your business
plan to make sure that you are still aligned with your goals or suggest
you amend your plan to incorporate changes that you have made to your
business.
That assumes that you have a business plan to refer back to. What if
there is no business plan? Or what if technology, competition,
customers or the current economic situation has rendered your business
plan obsolete? There are local resources available to you that can help.
