Wayne State University aims to bolster companies and nonprofits by opening three new business assistance centers.

With the creation of a new Wayne State University School of Business Administration program, companies and nonprofits facing tough business challenges can now get free help from Wayne State MBA students.
The newly created School of Business Assistance Center will staff 50 MBA students at three locations in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.
The locations will be at Wayne State University’s main campus in Detroit, the Wayne State Oakland Center in Farmington Hills, and the Macomb County Administration Building in Mt. Clemens.
"All organizations these days are running awfully thin, and they just don't have the luxury of having people specializing in, let's say, marketing," said David Williams, dean of the business school.
