Vets benefit from first hand knowledge of Midland native.

Assistant Director of Public Services Marcie Post is always on the move. When she’s not helping maintain Midland’s 2,700 acres of parkland, she’s running, playing basketball, or playing at the parks with her children.

 Tuesday, May 2nd is a big day for non-profit organizations and the Midland Area Community Foundation (MACF). It’s “Give Local Midland” day, an opportunity for community members to contribute to the long-term future for these organizations that serve the community in a variety of ways.

The Home & Outdoor Living Expo returns to Dow Diamond, April 29-30.

A concerning trend has seen 25% of newspapers in the nation cease publication. A local PBS program examines the role they play in a community. The Midland Daily News and The Pinconning Journal are featured.  

The Midland Area Community Foundation’s latest initiative, "Max Loves Midland," aims to create a sense of pride and togetherness within the community. The website and community calendar tool act as a hub for entertainment, resources, and community connections.
