Old Town

Old Town is the city's creativity corridor, hosting advertising firms, design groups and art galleries along with some of the city's most eclectic entertainment and shopping venues. The neighborhood's artsy flair shines in the historic Victorian brick storfronts, public art, and signature events such as the annual Festival of the Sun. Just off the Lansing River Trial, about a mile north of the State Capitol, the area's been bolstered by new condominiums and rehabbed old warehouses standing tall along the scenic riverfront.
