Residents move in to sold-out Lofts 332 in Ann Arbor

The first residents for the Lofts 322 development in downtown Ann Arbor recently began moving into their new homes.

All of the project’s 21 units are sold. The units ranged in size from 1,300 square feet to 2,400 square feet and were priced between $370,000 and $830,000. The first floor of the five-story building, 322 Liberty St ., is devoted to parking while the top four floors are dedicated to lofts.

Royal Oak-based Denali Development began building the building in October 2005.
