The Collegian office building in downtown Ann Arbor is close to 100 percent occupancy.
Ann Arbor-based software company A3I owns and occupies the structure at 333 Maynard St. adjacent to Nickels Arcade. Although it is occupying all of the office space, it can consolidate enough to create 5,500 square feet of office space on the building’s 5th floor.
The five story building, built in 2002, has about 30,000 square feet of Class A office space. It was built in the location of an old McDonald’s franchise that had been vacant for number of years.
