Thomson Healthcare expands office space in Ann Arbor office tower

Thomson Healthcare, Inc. is leasing an additional floor, increasing its office space to 143,000 square feet of the 777 Eisenhower building near the corner of State Street and Eisenhower Parkway.

The firm, which includes brands like Medstat and Solucient, will occupy most of the structure's 286,520 square feet of space and enjoy the fruits of the building's multi-million dollar renovation.

Recent renovations include all-new landscaping, upgraded parking, a new building entrance, newly designed "7’s Café" featuring Starbucks Coffee service, new common areas and restrooms and new heating and cooling systems.

Transwestern is one of the nation's largest privately held commercial real estate firms and owns 777 Eisenhower. The 10-story structure, which features Class A office space, was built in 1975 and renovated in 2004.
