Maybe it's the season but Apple Stores are falling into malls all over Metro Detroit in recent months. The most recent opening is in The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township today (Thursday).
This will be the fourth store for Apple in Metro Detroit, complimenting the three others that have opened in Ann Arbor's Briarwood Mall, Novi's Twelve Oaks Mall and Troy's Somerset Collection. Apple Stores are often coveted by communities as a sign they that have that special something.
The store in Partridge Creek will occupy a small retail section next to the MJR Theater entrance and will offer the full range of Apple products, such as Mac computers, iPods and iPhones.
The Mall at Partridge Creek is an open-air regional mall anchored by Nordstrom, Parisian and MJR Theatre. It can house up to 90 distinctive stores and restaurants with room left over for unique amenities, such as Bocce ball courts, free Wi-Fi Internet access, a TV court and a fireplace. It will also welcome dogs, providing four dog comfort stations for patrons.
The Mall at Partridge Creek is located on 17420 Hall Road in Clinton Township. For information, call (586) 416-3839.
