Survey says: Michigan workers like their jobs, plan to stay put

Despite unemployment rates that remain high and rising health care costs, a Labor Day survey reveals that Michigan workers like their job and their state.

The survey shows 77 percent of Michigan workers plan to stay here and two-thirds intend to remain in their current jobs.

"All the stories about everybody wanting to leave the state apparently are not true," pollster [Ed] Sarpolus said.
