Livonia's Technology Solutions has discovered that, indeed, three is a magic number.
The telecommunications provider recently won two of Technology Assurance Group’s top telecommunications awards, making it the third year in a row the company has won an award at the competition.
Technology Assurance Group is a national organization of independently owned telecommunication companies. The awards are based on overall financial performance, customer satisfaction and the ability to provide customers with cost-effective telecommunications solutions. More than 120 companies participated in the competition.
"This is an opportunity to learn the best practices and we are always interested in that," says Steve Futrell, president of Technology Solutions.
And his company has taken advantage of those practices, too. Technology Solutions has grown 48 percent in the last year and expects to add three people to its payroll this year. It has also launched a new data solutions division and created a new partnership with Net Solutions.
And there's no bigger reward than success.
