Michigan's tourism industry is huge. It accounts for 200,000 jobs and
generates $1.1 billion in state tax revenues, not to mention the $18.8
billion in visitor spending. That's not small potatoes. Actually, those
are big potatoes. So, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation is
looking for an agency to facilitate a travel campaign to promote that state's assets, as well as an
e-marketing campaign to increase the image of Michigan and its businesses.

industries and jobs," Epolito said. "This new e-Marketing campaign will
complement our 'Upper Hand' and 'Pure Michigan' efforts to show that
