Award-winning poet, Terry Blackhawk, is coming to Oakland Community College for a reading.

LitOutLoud, Oakland Community College's monthly series featuring readings by regional writers, will host its next session on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at the Auburn Hills Campus. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. in Room G-240 in the new Campus Student Center.
Admission is free and the public is invited.
Terry Blackhawk, award-winning poet, teacher, founder and director of the InsideOut Literary Arts Project in Detroit will be featured. Blackhawk will read from her new book, The Dropped Hand, and from the new women's poetry anthology, When She Named Fire.
