U.S. Reps. John Dingell and John Conyers Jr. and U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Dennis Hightower plan to talk to small-business owners about increasing their exports at a Friday seminar at the Marriott Hotel in the Detroit Renaissance Center.
