, a free community festival taking Place in Ypsilanti's Riverside Park, Depot Town and Downtown since 1979. Andrew is also the founder and director of the Water Street Trail Project
, an effort to use vacant, city-owned river front property for a public recreation area, and a founding member of the Michigan Roots Jamboree
music festival. He has made Ypsilanti his home on and off since 1998.
