Al Wissam is consolidating its staff, moving its design team to new office space in downtown Dearborn.
The clothier famous for its unique leather jackets moved its 10-person design team to the historic Schaefer Building, 13530 Michigan Ave., earlier this week. Al Wissam and Wissam Exclusive will occupy 4,000 square feet of office space in the building. There is also a new retail store for the designer in the ground floor.
"We wanted to be closed to the city and our new location in Dearborn," says Wood Dudley, a spokesman for Wissam Exclusive. "We wanted to centralize everything."
