Its recent acquisition of Lasalle Bank in hand, Bank of America has announced a major $25 billion investment into community development in Michigan.
Excerpt:The community-development initiative is part of a commitment by Bank of America to invest $750 billion over 10 years in community development.
The company also said it would sustain more than $17 million in combined annual philanthropic giving in Michigan and Illinois by Bank of America and LaSalle.
